Christmas Draw 2026

Rules of the Christmas Draw 2026

These rules apply to everyone who buys a ticket for the Christmas Draw of Manolo Santana Racquets Club. By buying you accept them.

  1. Who organises it

The draw is organised by Manolo Santana Racquets Club (Ctra. de Istán, km 2, Marbella). It is the club’s own draw, with prizes provided by the club and by sponsors.

  2. Tickets and price

Each ticket carries one number from 1 to 1000. A single ticket costs €4.50; in packs of 5 the price is €20; from 15 tickets onwards each one costs €3.50. There is no purchase limit. Tickets are sold online (card payment through Stripe) and at the club reception, with one single numbering: a number sold in one place cannot be sold in the other.

  3. The prizes

The prizes are provided by the club and by sponsors. The web page shows each prize with its photo, its value (“worth X €”) and who provides it. Prizes cannot be exchanged for money. Each sponsor is responsible for the prize it provides and for its conditions of use; the stated value is the retail price declared by whoever provides it. If a sponsor does not deliver its prize, the club may replace it with another of similar value.

  4. The draw, live

The draw is physical and live, on Sunday 13 December 2026 at the club, during the prize-giving of the Christmas Tournament. A child takes the tickets out of a drum that holds all the numbers sold. The prizes are drawn from the lowest to the highest value. Test tickets never take part.

  5. Winners and substitutes

For each prize, three tickets are drawn: the winner and two substitutes (first and second). A number that has already won a prize does not go back into the drum for the next ones.

  6. Results

We do not publish a list of winners. Each participant checks their numbers on the page “Check your numbers”, by phone or by number: after the draw it says whether the number has won and which prize. We also contact the winners directly by WhatsApp and email.

  7. Collecting the prize

Winners have 30 days from the draw to collect the prize at the club reception. If it is not collected within that time, the prize passes to the first substitute, and then to the second.

  8. Personal data

Your data (name, phone and, if you give it, email) is only used for the draw and to notify the winners and send you your numbers. It is not given to third parties or used for anything else.

  9. Image of the winners

When buying you can tick, optionally, that you agree to appear in the photos of the draw. If you win and you ticked it, the photo of you collecting the prize may be used on the social media of the club and of the sponsor who provides the prize. If you do not tick it, you can still take part with the same chances.
